On the upper level you will find the modern bespoke kitchen which has all the appliances you would expect and a separate dining area for eight, adjacent to a small covered balcony. Next door is the spacious lounge which leads out onto the stunning extensive balcony with a large outdoor patio table and chairs, from which you can enjoy the outstanding panoramic views of Ambleside, the Fairfield Horseshoe, Loughrigg and some of the other Lakeland fells.

Along the hall there is a large king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, from which patio doors also lead out onto the balcony. There is a separate upstairs cloakroom and next to the lounge is a small study area with a Wi-Fi broadband hub and a desk overlooking the Coniston fells through the patio windows.

From the study area a second staircase leads down into the extensive “sun room”, which is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the wonderful views. Patio doors open onto a partly covered terrace and into the private, well-presented garden overlooking the fells.

On the lower level you will find a further three bedrooms – a king-size double with an en-suite bathroom complete with a separate bath and shower, a pleasant twin bedded room and a smaller room suitable for one adult or two children.

There is a is the fantastic family bathroom with a corner jacuzzi bath, a large recessed shower and a large attached private sauna, which seats four people.
There is also a utility room with a large capacity, free of charge, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is parking space for three cars. A door from the kitchen leads into the large garage, with a simple to use keypad code controlled overhead door. There is an additional large off the road parking space and a smaller car can also be parked in front of the garage.
